We are a family business established during the Pandemic (2020). My passions are cooking, providing great customer service, and being able to give back to others. Our mobile food truck offers a variety of delicious meals on our menu, especially our signature Philly Cheese Steak. Not only that but we also cater events no matter how big or small. Please read our contract carefully and fill out the form in the next section below. We will contact you soon.
SERVICES:
Mac's Subs & Fries Inc. agrees to provide catering services for the event. The catering services shall
include the following:
Food and Beverage: Mac's Subs & Fries Inc. shall provide catered food serving(number of guests)guests, as agreed upon in the catering menu provided to the Client.
Setup: Mac's Subs & Fries Inc. will be responsible for setting up the catering area, which includes food
stations, as necessary. However, please note that the setup of tables, chairs, and décor is considered an additional service and should be discussed in advance of the event.
Service: Mac's Subs & Fries Inc. will provide professional staff to serve the guests and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Cleanup: Mac's Subs & Fries Inc. will be responsible for cleaning up the catering area and disposing of
any waste generated during the event.
SERVICE FEE
The Client agrees to pay a service fee of $100 if any changes to the event details are made within 7 days prior to the event date.
MILEAGE:
Mileage is included for events held within a 20-mile radius of zip code 37406. For events located outside
of this radius, the Client will be charged $2.30 per mile for each mile beyond the 20-mile limit.
PAYMENT TERMS:
The Client agrees to the following payment terms:
Deposit: The Client shall make a deposit of half the total catering cost upon booking the catering service. The deposit serves as a confirmation on of the event booking and reserves Mac's Subs & Fries Inc.'s services
for the specified date.
Remaining Balance: The Client shall pay the remaining balance of the total catering cost on the day of the event, prior to the start of the catering service.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation on, the following terms shall apply:
Cancellation on more than 30 days before the event date: The Client shall receive a full refund of the
deposit.
Cancellation on within 30 days of the event date: The Client shall forfeit the deposit paid. Cancellation on within 15 days of the event date: The Client shall be liable to pay 100% of the total catering cost.
LIABILITY:
Mac's Subs & Fries Inc. shall not be liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may hinder the
performance of services, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or other acts of nature.
